The Nordic-British health informatics meeting

Invitation to The Nordic-British co-operation meeting on health informatics 2019

The Swedish Medical Informatics Association would like to invite you to a meeting on May 20 with clinicians and informaticians and any one in between, from our Nordic countries and the UK. This co-operation had a first meeting in Oslo in November 2018 where we discussed and shared experiences from common questions like education in informatics, both specialised and as a part of ordinary education of health care professionals. Norway, Sweden and the UK participated. The meeting on November 12 was combined with the Norwegian EHiN conference on November 13-14. The experience was inspiring and therefore we intend to arrange a follow-up meeting in Gothenburg May 20, this time the day before the Vitalis conference on May 21-23, at the same venue.

Dates: May 20-21, 2019, with potential extension to May 22 and 23.

The Nordic-British health informatics meeting starts at 09.00 and the program at 10.00, on May 20, 2019. The first meeting day ends with a dinner at the Universeum venue
