Asparagus with sour nettle crème, a carrot and tarragontartare, barley salad and crisp bread with seeds

 

Main course
Braised farm chicken with deep fried thigh fillet, ramson purée,buttered potatoes with roasted onion, baked seasonal legymes androasted chicken jus.

 

Dessert
Raspberry bavaroise with browned butter almond cake,almond crunch, chocolate crème and raspberry marmalade
