Join our Volunteer Team

Want to experience Vitalis from the inside and connect with people shaping the future of health, healthcare and social care?
We’re looking for a small team of volunteers to join us at Vitalis 2027 in Gothenburg.

As a Vitalis Volunteer, you’ll be one of the faces of the event – welcoming participants, helping visitors find their way and contributing to a great experience throughout the conference and exhibition. You’ll also be an ambassador for Vitalis, helping us spread the word within your own networks before the event.

In return, you’ll get hands-on event experience, access to one of the Nordic region’s leading meeting places for health, healthcare and social care, and the opportunity to meet professionals, decision-makers and innovators from across the sector.

Who are we looking for?

This could be a great opportunity for students and young professionals interested in healthcare, healthtech, digitalisation, innovation or events. Most importantly, you enjoy meeting people, are curious and ready to contribute.

Volunteer Terms

As a volunteer, you will work three half-days and have the opportunity to attend the conference during the remaining time.
Vitalis will provide lunch and refreshments, but travel and accommodation are not included.
