The HealthTech Award 2024 is now accepting entries! This prestigious award, a celebration of healthtech innovations that significantly impact people’s lives, invites companies from the Nordics and Baltics to participate.
Organized by GREAT, Vitalis and Sahlgrenska Science Park’s CO-AX accelerator, this 4th edition recognizes pioneering companies that have developed healthtech solutions demonstrating a positive impact on healthcare, prevention, prediction, health and/or quality of life.
Applications are open from today until 14 April. The winners will be unveiled at Vitalis, Scandinavia’s largest e-health event, on 14 May 2024. In addition to the overall winner, ten selected finalists will be invited to present a 3-minute pitch at A GREAT Pitch @ Vitalis – a great opportunity to connect with investors and other innovators.
Last year, Mabel AI emerged victorious in a highly competitive field to win the HealthTech Award.
“The Vitalis award changed everything. It gave us credibility and attracted a surge of potential customers,” says Karolina Sjöberg Jabbar, CEO of Mabel AI, who was awarded the HealthTech Award 2023.
The HealthTech Award 2024 prize consists of:
- A free 9 m2booth at Vitalis 2025.
- 1-year membership in GREAT, with a dedicated contact from the Board, allowing a strategic dialogue concerning your business affairs, legal considerations, and IT matters.
- Keynote presentation slot @ A GREAT DAY; an annual event with more than 300 participants.
- Pitch slot @ A GREAT PITCH; which provides the opportunity to meet investors and other innovators in Gothenburg.
- Opportunity to participate in internationalization-focused event hosted by the CO-AX accelerator at Sahlgrenska Science Park.

Healthtech innovation addressing a global health challenge. With particular emphasis on innovation, AI/deep-tech technology, involvement of users/patients in development, prediction, sustainability, care outcomes, social impact, scalability and market potential.
