RESPINOR is a global MedTech company headquartered in Oslo, Norway, developing the world’s first non-invasive technology for continuous diaphragm monitoring in critically ill patients. Its proprietary platform, DXT (Diaphragm Excursion Technology), provides continuous, real-time insight into diaphragm function to support clinical decision-making and help determine the optimal timing for ventilator weaning in ICU patients.

Clinically validated in nearly 400 mechanically ventilated patients, DXT addresses a significant unmet need in intensive care, where ventilator liberation decisions are often based on intermittent and operator-dependent assessments. RESPINOR's scalable platform combines proprietary hardware, advanced software algorithms, and a growing AI/ML-ready database, all developed in-house and protected by strong intellectual property.

RESPINOR has already achieved key commercial and regulatory milestones, including CE mark approval in Europe, FDA Breakthrough Device Designation in the US, distribution agreements across six European countries, and first sales confirmed. The company is currently raising its series A to accelerate commercialization and international growth.
